You are NOT going to like everyone's energy that you come in contact with!!
Sometimes you have no choice but to endure it....
They may be a boss, a colleague, a family member, or even an ex-partner of your children.
They ruffle your feathers, rub you up the wrong way, and press your buttons!!
You’re left feeling angry, resentful, agitated, exhausted and off balance.
Firstly I would like to share with you a little piece of wisdom I picked up along the way that helped me to navigate through a field of land mines, broken glass and trap doors. I remember thinking to myself:
I could choose to lower my energy by allowing it to be infected by the lower vibrational being whose company I was in
OR;
I could rise high above it by expanding and magnifying my energetic field.
Why not?!....
Could I prepare my aura and my soul somehow to shield me? Could I exist in a permanent state of bliss?
Could I even impart some of my happiness, love and gratitude and magic onto another depressed, negative or even aggressive and angry soul and leave them feeling better for having met me than beforehand?
I was certain I could.
If there was one thing that I was very well aware of it was about taking responsibility.
If there was another, it was that I knew from a very young age, that I controlled my own thoughts, ideals, opinions and beliefs. That I was in control of my body, my destiny and my life. Not another….ME!
Let me tell you I was really challenged for many years and my theory was well and truly put to the test. Hundreds of times.
What appeared to others as being perhaps too soft, too forgiving, too sweet and too kind was quite the opposite. Just because my outside was soft didn’t mean that inside me was a rod of steel.
It takes nothing short of being a saint "or a witch" to rise above abuse, keep calm amongst threats, stay grounded around deceit and have sound mind when dealing with the devil.
BUT....
It can be done, you can master anything ugly that comes into your vortex if you remain who you truly are. If you are kind and loving, gracious and sweet that energy will always be your most potent and impenetrable shield.
Nothing can destroy or weaken a REAL AUTHENTIC love!
If you love "YOU" the way that you should, nothing will ever enter your auric field and destroy you or your divine light.
You may also find that your attractive, effervescent, loving auric field that floats gently around you may even encourage those lower vibrational beings that are near you to drop their guard, willingly surrender bad, ugly, destructive habits, they may even feel a new sense of calm in your presence and ultimately "want what your having"!
It’s not up to you to help others, or fix their problems, wear their anger, suffer their wrath, band-aide their issues etc, they must help themselves. And the best way in which you can do this is to lead by a fine example.
Be the bright star that you were created to be.
Do not wear another's ill-fitting clothing, someone else's disaster story, another’s bad energy.
Keep your own bright magical light burning on full power the way that it should.
