Harmony and Peace

This is a sacred place like none other. A safe haven for people in need of recognition, of understanding, of nurturing and of empathy. This is a site for YOU. Yes, here you’ll find my exciting novels and self-help books….and yes, you’ll find pathways through my essence and spiritual being to heal yourself; you’ll re-find the person within you whom time, circumstances and society have negatively affected….because you can rise up to be the person you want….and need….to be.

That I promise you.

I know from my own personal experience, and of the thousands of people I’ve helped, how a life can change with training, counselling and mentoring.

So dip in, explore. You have nothing to lose….and a whole world to gain.

Welcome to your soft place to fall…..

We all need softness in our lives, and this is the softest place you’ll find on the Internet. Soft and gentle, understanding and (I hope) wise. But you’re here for a number of reasons. One might be because you’ve seen my books and want to know more; or you’re suffering from domestic violence, and you need a safe place and somebody who’ll listen to your problems with a deep understanding….or maybe it’s because you want to explore that spiritual side of your life, and to dip your toes into the warm and welcoming waters where women such as me, throughout the millennia, have acted as guides and mentors. Whatever is your reason for being here, I wish you a warm and loving welcome.

After many years of unhappy marriage, I lost my beautiful home and all my possessions to a fire. It’s taken me years to get back on top, but I did it for my children, and because I was determined not to allow events to decide my fate. Even as I stood in the smoking ruins of my home, I determined that I was in control….I was responsible for my and my children’s future.

How "To Be... or Not To Be"...

“To be, or not to be" are the opening words from the famous soliloquy of Prince Hamlet in Shakespeare's play. In the speech, the Prince of Denmark contemplates death and suicide, bemoaning the pain and unfairness of life but acknowledging that the alternative might be worse.....
Being authentic is living your life according to your own values, morals and goals, rather than those of other people. Put simply, authenticity means you're true to your own personality, values, spirit and soul, regardless of others opinions of you, ideals or pressures to manipulate, cajol, bully, demand or even threaten that you act otherwise.
I live my life in complete freedom to be ME.
I didn't always, and it rendered me sick.
Of course I didn't mean for that to happen, I thought I had to sacrifice my own soul to help another. I learnt the most important lesson of my life when I was left for dead, when I was walked over, trampled on and spat at, when my fingernails were ripped and my fingers bled, when my hair was ripped out in clumps from its roots. The most important things you can ever learn in life is "How to be, or "how not to be". Wild, authentic and free, or weak, mute and dead. "Being wild and authentic is necessary to my, your and our entire human experience and evolution".

What others think of you and me is not our business, Life is too short and precious to waste it trying to fit in, or convincing others to like you! Not to mention that a beautiful thing happens when you surrender to your true self, when you embrace every unique part of you. That’s when you begin to fall into energetic alignment with other beautiful enlightened souls.

So never apologise for standing out,

standing up for yourself or standing tall.

Below are some of my most precious pictures. They are not just pictures to me, they are beautiful memories captured by my own hand, or taken by the precious souls I have around me, family, friends and sometimes even strangers. Very rarely do I hire a professional photographer, unless I’m shooting a campaign or an advertisement for a client. I love to feel the energy in the air between myself and the artist in front of me.

Each one of these pictures tells a unique and beautiful story which takes you straight into my soul.
My wish for you is that you too be wild and free. I trust that as you delve deeper and deeper into my space, you will feel an energy around you, and that you allow yourself to float in your true authentic self with safety and love.
Love & Light
