What Would make me happy!? What parts of myself am I burying? What is the next version of myself that I desire to be?

Start a vision board over the next few weeks. Write at the top of the page - ‘I will be the woman who….’

Then over the next few weeks fill in the blanks…..the woman who does what? goes where? says what? Feels what? Desires what!?

For example-

I will be the woman who starts a new business.

I will be the woman who goes to yoga and eats healthy and trains twice a week.

I will be the woman who looks at the cup half full.

I will be the woman who feels worthy of all I desire!

I will be the woman who builds a 6 figure business.

I will be the woman who sets healthy boundaries.

I will be the women who loves herself unconditionally!!

Set those intentions for becoming the woman who you are meant to be! Not a victim!
